  • No! I use a holistic perspective taking into account your whole self including lifestyle, movement, workplace, social norms, family history, health history and goals, together with nutrition.  

  • This allows me to see averages of what you would normally consume over 3 days. From this information, I can delve into the nutrients you are actually consuming, those you aren't, and compare with the Australian Government RDI at the age and stage that you are currently at.  

  • Download Easy Diet Diary app where you enter your details & foods consumed over 3 days. Once I have received your completed registration form I will send a link to your email address to accept, which will allow me to view the diet diary you have entered. Easy! Alternatively you can record it on the 'diet & symptom diary' I send through with all forms, or on a notepad & send to me before our appointment.  Remember to fill out as much detail as possible including measurements!
