Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp rolled oats
1tbsp ground flaxseed
1tbsp hemp protein powder
1tsp pure vanilla extract
1tsp-1tbsp maple syrup (to taste)
1-1.5 cup almond milk
1/2 cup mango or mixed berries, fresh or frozen
Coconut or greek yoghurt
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients
Add milk, vanilla, almond milk & fruit & mix well
Let sit for 20 minutes & add milk if you like a different consistency
After 20 minutes, top with dollop of yoghurt & serve.
