Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2tbsp chia seeds

  • 1tbsp rolled oats

  • 1tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1tbsp hemp protein powder

  • 1tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1tsp-1tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1-1.5 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup mango or mixed berries, fresh or frozen

  • Coconut or greek yoghurt

Directions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Add milk, vanilla, almond milk & fruit & mix well

  3. Let sit for 20 minutes & add milk if you like a different consistency

  4. After 20 minutes, top with dollop of yoghurt & serve.
