Personalised Food Plan
A personalised 7 day food plan is offered as an additional service to an initial or follow-up consultation, with an additional cost of $50.
Requirements
Prior to any consultation taking place, you will need to complete registration and pre-assessment forms, a 3 day diet diary and provide any pathology you may have from within the last 12 months. This will allow me to provide thorough, detailed and individualised guidance.
